How long does delivery take?

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery then typically takes 7–12 business days after shipment. Estimated total time from order to arrival is approximately 8–15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, and timing can vary. Contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.

Where do you ship?

KitRush currently ships to the United States. Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

How much are jerseys?

Fan jerseys start at $34.99 and Player jerseys start at $39.99. Your selected options and final product price are shown on the product page and at checkout.

Can I add my own name and number?

Yes. On an eligible jersey, select Name & Number (+$4.99), then enter a name, a number, or both. It costs $4.99 total per jersey. Check the spelling and number carefully before adding to cart. Select None for an unpersonalized jersey.

Can I customize multiple jerseys differently?

Yes. Add each jersey with its own name and number. Review the details beside each cart item before checking out.

Which size should I choose?

Choose from the sizes shown on the individual product page. Fan and Player versions can have different measurements. Use the size guide where measurements are available, or contact us for help before ordering.

Can I return a jersey?

You can request a return for an unworn, non-personalized jersey within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Can I return a personalized jersey?

Personalized jerseys cannot be returned for a change of mind or a size selected by the customer. Contact us if your jersey arrives defective, incorrect, or with a printing error caused by us. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate. Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether your order can still be changed or canceled. Changes may not be possible once production or shipment has started.
